Since purchasing this facility we have installed a new electronic slide gate with secure access with a wide entrance gate to allow easier access for larger boats, campers and trailers. Every tenant has an individual code to access entrance. There are new LED spotlights located around the perimeter and interior of the property.  There is also a new video surveillance system for your peace of mind.  Our goal is to make this the most convenient, safest, cost efficient storage facility in the area.
